In 1983 Vincent Frattura founded Hoff’s Bakery and set out to differentiate Hoff’s by developing high-quality desserts that not only tasted great, but also had strong eye appeal and were user friendly.
Hoff’s quickly developed a name for itself with the foodservice and retail trades. Over the past 34 years, Hoff’s has grown from supplying customers in New England to supplying customers across the country.
