In 1983 Vincent Frattura founded Hoff’s Bakery and set out to differentiate Hoff’s by developing high-quality desserts that not only tasted great, but also had strong eye appeal and were user friendly.

Hoff’s quickly developed a name for itself with the foodservice and retail trades. Over the past 34 years, Hoff’s has grown from supplying customers in New England to supplying customers across the country. The tenants that helped Hoff’s grow – quality, and consistency – are what gained traction at supermarkets, hotels, restaurants, and more.
